Karate offers a systematic method of student development and progress measured by colored belts. All American Karate Academy's instructors will guide the willing student through the intense training required to achieve the rank of "black belt."

White Belt - 10th Kyu

Yellow Belt - 9th Kyu

Orange Belt - 8th Kyu

Orange Belt Black Stripe - 7th Kyu

Blue Belt - 6th Kyu

Green Belt - 5th Kyu

Purple Belt - 4th Kyu

Brown Belt - 3rd Kyu

Brown Belt - 2nd Kyu

Brown Belt - 1st Kyu

Black Belt - 1st Dan
